From: Kevin Hao <kexin....@windriver.com> The rt commit 3e8aef19aa6f ("serial: core: Use port lock wrappers") has changed to use the port lock wrappers in function serial_port_runtime_resume(). But that was mangled when merging v6.6.29. Restore it back.
