Sorry if there was confusion here, but we want the feature defined in the
kernel meta-data as it is here. We just want to SELECT it in recipe-space
via:

KERNEL_FEATURES_valleuisland-32 += "vallyeisland-io"

But the config fragment itself should remain in the linux-yocto meta data.
