Added Valley Island LPSS I/O device drivers configs. This valleyisland-io features are to support Baytrail soc. Currently, we are supporting ACPI mode enumeration for the device drivers that are available in LTSI kernel 3.10. The PCI enumerated device drivers are in a plan to host in a feature branch resides in linux-yocto-3.10. We will make it available once the feature branch is ready.
