From: Chang Rebecca Swee Fun <rebecca.swee.fun.ch...@intel.com>

Hi all,

This patch is to enable PCI mode enumeration for Valley Island LPSS
I/O devices. The I/O device drivers that can be PCI enumerated are:-
GPIO, I2C Designware, SPI, DW_DMAC.

Feature branch will be send out next. There will be two scenerios for
the implementation of feature branch which Boon Leong mentioned in
the email. No matter which scenerio get pulled in, the feature branch
shall be created by the name of valleyisland-io-1.0.

This patch has been built test with the feature branch locally. They
merged perfectly and the drivers are up during boot up test.
Sanity tests has been carried out by checking device/driver binding
and "lspci".

Please help to pull this into linux-yocto-3.10 meta branch.

Thanks.
Rebecca
