This is to add new bsp type for Intel Atom E3900 SoC and its

In general, leafhill bsp is reusing the intel-common fragments
for its general support and we have added more configurations
in detailed in leafhill.cfg.
The kernel branch for this leafhill bsp is also specially
setup on standard/intel/4.1.27/leaf-hill to fulfill
business requirement on fixed linux kernel base.
This configurations has been build tested on Leaf Hill.
Please review and provide comments if you have any.
This patch is targeted for yocto-kernel-cache on branch yocto-4.1.
