need IGB module to enable ethernet networking. It
need to bundle together with kernel when use NFS
boot without initramfs.
Assuming the users of IGB are ok with the slight kernel size increase
for all users of the config, I have no issues with the change.
I'll queue it up and send it in my next consolidated pull request.
