Termios only has baud rate constants that go up to 230,400. I have my
mc13224 board running at 921,600. The perl package
Device::SerialPort; allows higher baud rates. Running a high baud
reduces latency. Is there a Python equivalent? I can slow my board
down in the meanwhile.
