Hello,

I am pleased to announce the RedBee EconoTAG:

http://redwirellc.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=56

This is a ideal development board for getting started with the
Freescale MC13224v ARM7 and 802.15.4 radio. It is also great for
wiring into your prototypes.

Access to JTAG and UART1 is provided over USB via an on-board FT2232H
controller. No other programming or debugging hardware is needed!

The mc13224v is supported by an open source development project at
http://mc1322x.devl.org

This includes a preliminary serial driver for the linux stack. We are
currently re-writing it, however, and the new super fast version will
be released soon.

We also plan to release the hardware itself under the Creative Commons
license (as soon as I have the chance to get the documentation in
order).

Other features are:

  - 24MHz main oscillator
  - 96kB RAM (execution is out of RAM)
  - 128kB Flash (bootable image copied to RAM and executed)
  - integrated Bootloader
  - 802.15.4 Radio (4.5dBm TX, -100dBm RX sensitivity)
  - inverted-F pcb antenna
  - 36 GPIO brought out to 0.1" pin header
    (includes all peripheral pins)
  - Reset button
  - Two push buttons (on kbi1-5 and kbi0-4)
  - USB-A connector, powered from USB
  - up to 16V external input
  - pads for optional buck inductor
  - pads for optional 32.768kHz crystal
  - 2x LEDS for general purpose or TX and RX indication

Thanks for you time,

-Mar.
