Je seconde avec cette opinionl. Moi aussi je rame avec un
modem.
Ensuite il est clairement indiqué dans le contrat Tiscali qu'il ne
faut pas laisser ta ligne connecté 24h sur 24. Donc il est normal que
tu reçoives cet avertissement. Lis ton contrat.
