yep, they could have just used a different usb controller, or it could
be at a different base address. so you're sure that removing the
watchdog killer makes it crash? on 2g, they didn't use the watchdog at
all. what exact return addr are you using now?
can you try to remove the top 2 lines which write 0xd3 or something to
cpsr, in the hang code? that should yield a normally running menu, but
some things should fail, e.g. usb doesn't get discovered or something.
if it reacts in such a way, that's great news...
