Hi all, I've just joined the list, I have a 4G nano: Model No: A1285 Size: 16GB Format: Mac Firmware: 1.0.3
and I would like some help trying to crash it. I have tried using the 'brokenlink.htm' file from the wiki and also a couple of the test files generated by TheSeven. In both cases the nano seems to work as normal after a reboot. In the latter case I have the same result as Finn: when opening the file, a ビ (not sure if that'll work once posted to the list) is displayed. Apologies if this has already been discussed to death but the mail archive only goes up to the end of july. Anyway, I will try reformatting my ipod and report back.
