Hmmm... version 0.15.7 must've changed the keyboard mapping somewhat
The C-G followed by !,@,#,$ (etc) to do F13-F24 no longer works,
and this is what I was using in my keyboard mapping for FreeBSD.
Escape appears to still work (instead of Ctrl-G) so I guess I'll
change the keyboard maps to use this instead...?
