The help key is a special key on a 5250 keyboard.  Older programs that predate
the SAA standards often haven't been modified to use F1 or the help key for
help.  It's a one-line change to a screen DDS.  F1 was designated as help so that
applications written for other platforms that don't have help keys (like PC's,
3270, etc.) could have one.
