Thanx, that works. I do get the following error from autogen.sh:
configure.in: 55: required file `./ltconfig' not found
but it configures and builds okay (except for warnings every file
on redefining MAX and MIN), and it still blows up when I try to
EDTF a binary file.
But aside from that I'm having fun! I've been programming the IBM JTOpen
java toolbox. Now, if they only had a tn5250ej bean in that kit ... :-)
