Dear Jason,
I finally learned how to download pre2.tar.gz... excuse me for the delay.
Now, with pre2, I note that sysreq hangs hitting a second ctrl-c as before
but, moreover, hangs also hitting a ctrl-a after the ctrl-c.
I am not sure about pre1 but unfotunately I have not a backup to test.
