Exit programs have the ability to deny specific devices (you can let the exits
"pick" the device for the user).  In fact, you can pick devices based on the
client IP address or based on any of the TN5250E negotiations.  Sample programs
which I developed are available free at the Tech Studion link:

These comes with a number of *CMD, *PNLGRP and *PGM source that can be used to
create and manage subsystems, routing, logging, etc.
