Ignore the cvs.cleveland.lug.net server. It's only going to be around until
I can get another developer to get his code off it. Sourceforge is the real
one.

That is, according to every spec I've every read, the correct behavior. The
'}' is actually a zone-shifted zero. 100} would mean -1000. We've actually
been around the block a few times about the behavior of these numeric fields.
I think the whole idea of displaying a zone shifted character on the screen
is rather stupid, but I think that this is the correct behavior.
