Nobody has been maintaining the Windows port.  (It seems kinda silly,
since there are already so many 5250 applications for Windows)

Having said that, however, I would think that with the cygwin tools, it 
should be relatively easy to make it compile on Windows...

I've been meaning to try that one of these days :)
