I've decided to risk it, and go ahead and make a new release. I've added
a CVS tag for v0-16-2 and have used the SourceForge tools to create a new
0.16.2 release.
The site tells me that the release will take a "few hours" to propagate,
but once it has you should be able to get it by going to
http://tn5250.sourceforge.net/
and clicking on the link where it says
"To get the latest stable release of tn5250, visit the tn5250 files list."
This is my first attempt at this, so lets hope it works :)
