Actally, the patch called the variable "TN5250_CCSIDMAP". That's good,
though... we've always called it "map" before, so adding that helps to
clarify things, IMHO.

I added these changes to CVS. I also changed lp5250d to set the
TN5250_CCSIDMAP variable to match the "map=" keyword that you give it
in your config file.
Now all you need to do is set up your map in tn5250rc, and lp5250d will
set the env var, and scs2ascii, scs2pdf, and scs2ps will pick up the
value.
All of this is now in CVS for the 0.17.x branch.
