You need a different encodings array for each AS/400 CCSID, and there
isn't enough information in the current transmaps.h to generate this.
My table is for CCSID 37, and was entered manually.
If I get enough time, I'll look into generating some tables for all
the EBCDIC character sets supported by the standard PDF fonts. More
than this (e.g. for Greek: CCSID 875, CS 925) would require embedding
some fonts in the PDF.
