I've merged James Rich's various changes to scs2pdf & other SCS functions
into the 0.16 branch in CVS.
I've done a bunch of bug fixes to the Win32 terminal object, and also
added a "dialog box" that appears if you don't specify a host in the
Win32 version. (similar to that provided by xt5250, it just asks you
for a host and some other options)
Also, I've put a "test release" online at:
http://klement.dstorm.net/tn5250-0.16.3w.tar.gz
This release will work for both unix & windows versions, but will only be
there temporarily until the 0.16.4 release is finally done.
