Not very familiar as in "I try to avoid using it as it annoys me", not as in "Don't know how to use windows". Or better: I can use it, but never program with it. > At any rate, I have a lot of the Windows docs already written (was up til > 4am again last night...) so I'll just do the windows part for now. Hey, I was up 'til 5! Made a little progress on the HOWTO, a little more on the new event driven lp5250d stuff stuff I'm working on. > If you like, you can add my work into your HOWTO when it's done. (After > all, we're both using DocBook, so it should be easy to combine them) This is what I was thinking all along: just add the windows docs to the existing HOWTO. I wasn't sure what you were planning on doing with the windows docs so I was just going to take whatever you had in whatever format and stick it in the HOWTO. I was thinking you could send them to me (possibly unpolished or unfinished) and I would put them in. But if you are nearly complete then maybe we should combine the docs later so we can release sooner. Then we can have a longer time to polish up the HOWTO and get it submitted to the LDP. Like you said, they are both docbook so it is not a big deal.
