http://www.linuxiso.org/ also has ISOs. Despite it's name, it offers ISOs of FreeBSD, NetBSD, and, of course, quite a few Linux distributions.
On a side note... 3rdfloor.net was once listed as a Tucows affiliate, was it not? Just curious.
