In re: part 4, QA session...

   I have recently had the tremendous fortune to acquire a dell inspiron
1100 laptop. In my preliminary research to find the correct ways to install
linux on it ( http://www.geocities.com/randomnumbergenerator2001/ ), I see a
lot needs to be done.  Perhaps someone who is coming is fluent in 'inspiron'
and would like to help me make magic happen.  Perhaps I'll have gotten it
going by then and can share the process :)

PS re: part 3: once again, I throw out the idea we try to host it for free
within our collective knowledge and equipment.  We can do this!
