I do use a window manager.
But 99% of the time I want my window full-screen (with or without a title
bar) because that's what I am focussing on and I want to see as much as
possible of it.
Alt-tab to change focus works for me.
Or shift-tab to change terminal screens.
What's a "mouse"? :-)
