I was alerted to an issue with the formatting of the PDF, so I replaced
it with a version re-exported from Libreoffice, which seems to have
corrected things.
Also, I had forgotten that I had some sample scripts to go with the
presentation:

They will still work fine, although you likely won't need to load the
FTP conntrack module anymore. But the comments can be instructive.
