It's actually fairly hard to find 10Mbps+ symmetric. Rogers offer 10/1 but nothing more than 1Mbps up. Teksavy does offer 10 Mbps symmetric connections but they require a fibre to be pulled to your premise by Bell and cost about $1500/month (+ fee to pull the fibre). Storm list 10Mbps symmetric over wireless but I need to find out more about packet latency on the wireless links. Primus doesn't really have much. I am waiting to hear from Atria Network. Some ISPs won't run 'business' grade service to residential addresses. Various companies offer co-location services but very few will guarantee bandwidth. I've been pointed at Hurricane Electric in the States.
