First off, I couldn't read the original website but I am a Digital Forensics 
Investigator and have never done any DRM or DMCA stuff.

There are plenty of jobs of in forensics that you will never have to do any 
copyright stuff, just my 2 cents.

It's a semi-literate appeal for hackers to compete for positions in
government to fight cybercrime.

I'm sure this would include going after violators of DRM and the DMCA, two
things which an advocate of a free and open exchange of ideas is likely to
be against.
