#0. "open-source" is a synonym of "free software".  It isn't.

#6. Open-source guarantees better code.  This is often NOT the case, but 
isn't an issue to the Free Software world.

#7. Open-source leads to greater collaboration.  Most projects on 
Sourceforge have but one contributor.

#8. Open-source is a movement.  It's a development model, Free Software 
is the movement.
