Hey, a while back someone posted a link to MIT's new teaching operating system. In case anyone is interested this is the teaching operating system from TU Dresden. Its an L4 micro kernel but if you are used to UNIX its a completely alien world. They have some course notes for it posted on line although it doesn't appear to be as well documented as MIT's
