was chatting with someone earlier this morning and was told that, at
least as recently as 2013, the eclipse plug-in for git was somehow
flawed and, on at least one occasion, had totally trashed the
repository.
i've never used it so i have no experience with it -- can anyone
comment on the reliability of that plug-in? i'd be a bit shocked if it
was that unreliable.
