Le ppro est considéré comme un 686
Pour apt-get je pense que c'est apt-get update qu'il faut utiliser

Est-ce qu'il me suffit de faire un
apt-get install kernel-image-2.6.3-1-686-smp ??? (et rebooter après)
Je découvre peu à peu Debian, et c'est la première machine multi-processeur que configure.
