Deux manières pas propre (je ne connais pas trop suse) :
1. Changer de femme ... c'est souvent assez lourd comme solution, à éviter :-)
2. Ajouter le route add à la fin du fichier rc.local
Ca devrait fonctionner mais il y a certainement plus propre.
