Créer un environnement virtuel et n'y attacher que 2 instances processeurs ?

J'ai un serveur dual-xeon dual-cores hyperthreadés (2 * 2 * 2 = 8 CPU dans /proc/cpuinfo) J'ai un soft commercial qui refuse de lancer parce qu'il à une license 2 CPU :(. Bon c'est vrai, quand le vendeur à demandé combien de CPU avez-vous on a dit 2 et on n'a pas menti. Et j'ai pas la possibilité de le virer. Existerait-il une solution pour diminuer le nombre de CPU ? Je suis sous RHEL 4 avec un kernel est un 2.6.9.
