A work around would be to download a copy of sbminst
and put it in a floppy. Boot from the floppy and you
will have access to all the bootable devices in your
system.

If you download the DOS version, beware of a typo that
instructs you to execute "sMbinst" instead of
"sBminst". Don't know if it has already been
addressed.
