I can tell you what it means, but not what to do about it.  For that,
the Google suggestion is the best.

It's saying that the disk partition that you have configured for
software suspend (sleep mode) doesn't seem to be set up correctly.  When
you put a Linux box into suspend mode, it writes the contents of memory
to a hard disk partition.
