First you have to mount the CD. I'm not sure what defaults Lubuntu are
set for, but there's probably a graphical tool to mount your CD. Then,
assuming your programs are in the same package format that Lubuntu
requires (this is a big assumption), you can just use the software
installation tool and point it to your CD, which is probably accessed
under /mnt/cdrom or something.
