On the Crucial home page you see a panel at the bottom " Crucial System
Scanner" and a blue box with a magnifying glass at bottom right to "scan my
system" .
It will put a temporary scirpt on your computer to do so but give you a
great readout and advice on upgrades.
Perhaps you did not click to the agreement or did not click to run it
instead of download.
