i would recommend Ubuntu Linux inwhich can be downloaded here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/
burn your ISO to a CD and reboot with the cd in the CD rom drive , u
can run it right off the CD
so u can get a feel for it, or install it whichever , i can answer 90%
of questions u have or help u in anyway
