Super! 'Learning to fish' is a little more time consuming at the outset, than having someone 'give you a fish'... but in the end, it is a much better long-term strategy. I am more conversant in BSD-UNIX than I am in Linux, in spite of the fact that I run both, so it was best that I offered fairly generic suggestions, and leave you to muddle out the specifics. I suspect that you will acclimate to Linux rather quickly, as you demonstrate the *nix-centric enthusiasm for figuring out how things work... by breaking them repeatedly.<g> Welcome to the list. -- -wittig http://www.robertwittig.com/ http://robertwittig.net/ http://robertwittig.org/ .
