Dear Linux Users,
I am trying to learn Linux and possibly seeking to replace my desktop from
windows environment. Therefore I have acquired and installed Ubuntu 7.10
version onto using VMware workstation as host operating system. My problem
is I am not able to install VMware tools in order to use the enhance
features, which is a bit annoying when I am navigating options.
Although I am not a computer programmer, but I have tried using Linux time
to time for the past eight years and have not accomplish much as desired. I
would greatly appreciate, if anyone can point me to the right direction for
learning Linux such as good book, CBT, website, or even online courses where
I would be able to get the most out of Linux system.
