Hello all
         First thanks a lot for all the help .....I just reinstalled
the nvidia drivers and its okay now but the slow booting still exists.

>Now i've tried "F10(solar)"and everything went fine .I've also added
my ubuntu8.10 &windosXp to the grub while installing........

>But the major problem is i'm unable to "boot into Ubuntu8.10".
>It says prompts error 13 "invalid argument or executable ....."

  Checking /boot/grub/grub.conf seems fine ,because its present in it
