Hey there, PTR records have to be defined by your IP provider. Forward DNS maps 
a name to an IP while reverse maps an IP to a name. Given that IP addresses are 
leased by ISPs, you need to contact your IP provider to have them create the 
appropriate PTR record with ARIN.

Dear Friends,
 I am facing one problem with my DNS. This is in PTR entries, i am configured 
DNS and entries all IP pull and I am got PTR entries except one IP pull this 
only one pull not showing in PTR revers entries. I am using NS from this one 
pull who not showing in PTR.
 Any one knows so please tell me about the issue.
