Hey there, PTR records have to be defined by your IP provider. Forward DNS maps a name to an IP while reverse maps an IP to a name. Given that IP addresses are leased by ISPs, you need to contact your IP provider to have them create the appropriate PTR record with ARIN. Septymus Spyder
