No ISP do not block sites unless it is illegal porn and file sharing sites that
eat up bandwidth and when this they are not allowed to do and can get into
truble for doing other than illegal porn .
The web sites one on leading technology website for Linux hardware reviews,
open-source news, Linux benchmarks, the other on provides Unix/Linux News,
tutorials, howtos Tips and tricks,linux and lest on Latest news, sport,
business, comment, analysis and reviews from the Guardian, the world's leading
liberal voice.
How can these web site be bad ? They look legit.
