On Puppy, if you install an app that creates an menu idem. You have to go
thought an reboot to see it. Some will make the menu idem
by it self but some wont. Also, you will find in Puppy, if you install from
the puppy repository, the GUI is different. Puppy has it's own
GUI for their programs. I do not know about 5.1.2, but 5.2.5 can install
from the Ubuntu repository.You may want to look at it. On 5.2.5. and up I
do not think you have to reboot.
