I think that the tool that allows Mint to customize is called GNOME Tweak
Tool which has been ported to Mint 13 Cinnamon which is really just a
customized GNOME Shell. I am not sure what Cinnamon calls it, but it is not
a Mint tool per se. You can do the same thing in GNOME Shell.
