I already have the relevant Kapersky update files in a folder
i want to serve them. all my PCs set up to use squid. 
yep, all update request show up in access log.

That depends what you really mean. 

Do you mean that all Kapersky requests should run through your squid 
so as to benefit from the caching? Or that you already have the relevant 
Kapersky update files in a folder somewhere and want to serve those? 

If the former, shouldn't your PCs already be set up to use the squid? 
Do the requests show up in the squid access log file? 

More info needed before advice can be given.
