Adam, I found (using google) a datasheet here:
http://isc.portwell.com.tw/support/Technical%20Spec%20&%20Users%20Manual/datasheet/Winbond/83627hf.pdf that mentions -AW and -PW versions of the chip. The HF appears to have a 2KB programmable ROM for the 8042 controller; the -AW supposedly comes pre-programmed with has AMIKEY firmware and -PW with Pheonix Multikey firmware. Hope this helps, --Bob On Fri, Aug 08, 2003 at 04:11:43AM -0400, Adam Agnew wrote: > > I'm trying to get a Clearwater 533 board up (the SuperMicro X5DPL-IGM) > without success.
