Ok here it is, lspci -vv; lspci -xxx. In the attached tar file goodnic.txt was
taken from system (MS7308E/DoC root) booted with older version of LinuxBIOS and
NIC was working, badnic.txt was taken from the same system booted with current
LinuxBIOS and NIC did not work. Take a look

PS
1) I am using OLD_KERNEL_HACK
2) When NIC does not work there are no error messages at all but all DHCP
requests on that NIC just time out.
